How long we keep information
How long I keep your information I only keep your data for as long as is strictly necessary to provide you with my resources or to meet legal requirements.
- Transaction Records: If you buy a resource, I keep your name, email, and order details for 6 years to comply with UK tax (HMRC) regulations.
- Newsletters: If you subscribe to my updates, I keep your details until you unsubscribe. I also perform a “spring clean” every 2 years to remove inactive subscribers.
- Enquiries: If you email me for advice, I keep that email for 2 years so I can refer back to it if you need further help later.
How to complain
